Our Target

Through this site we will try to give You some information about Thomas' illness and the fondraising we are trying to do to fulfill his Christmas wish.

To cope with his disease in a better way, Thomas wants to visit an international seminar in Orlando. In november 2011, specialists and patients from all over the world will gather to inform each other over the latest news and the last research results.

Patients who visited this seminar before, tell it is 'life changing'.

For his journey, we need a lot of money. As a family we are trying to save as much money as possible and do all things we can imagine to earn some extra money. An example of that is the publishing of a story book with lovely stories over a dog live, seen through the eyes of Guus, our White Sheppard.The benefits of this book will all be for the trip to Orlando.

We very much hope to be financial supported by the readers of this book.

What can we do with the money from this fund?

We plan to go to Orlando. Our reason for this journey is the visiting of Periodic Paralysis Association 2011 Conference. We hope to speak a lot of medical doctors and fellow patients to learn about the illness of Thomas, how is devellopes and how 'best to handle'.

The congres is organised in the Rosen Centre Hotel in Florida.

As the congress is finished, we will visit the Oakland Athletics stadion. The stadion is in Oakland, California. Read on the Who are we page to discover the reason behind that.
